Step 1 - Choose a plot

Explore our diverse range of available plots in the Estate featuring various sizes, prices, and locations. Refer to our Plot Schedule for a detailed overview of plot sizes and corresponding prices. All our plots come equipped with essential amenities such as water, electricity, well-maintained roads, gated security, and a vibrant community atmosphere. The processing of your Title Deed is managed by us and is inclusive in the overall price.

You can opt for a standalone plot by proceeding directly to Step 3 or consider adding a house in Step 2. Even if you choose to purchase only a plot initially, you can always add a house from us later on at the prevailing prices. Alternatively, you can engage a third-party to construct your home in accordance with our Architectural Guidelines.

Step 2 - Optionally, add a house

If want to add a house as part of your initial investment, you either choose one of our Standard 2, 2x2, 3, or 4-bedroom designs, or you provide your own design. With the house design at hand, you select the level of finish for your home to fit your budget and timeframe. Whether you opt for shell finish, semi-finished, or turn-key finish we always provide the highest standard at affordable prices!
